Trade Routes 90 Day Global Accelerator Program

Global Victoria

Who funded the project

Karabena Consulting has long been interested in improving economic outcomes for First Nation’s people across Australia and the world. With our Founder Kerry Arabena a co-Chair of IgNITE set up to materialise Indigenous inclusions in Free Trade Agreements, Karabena Consulting applied to do the Trade Routes Program, to understand how to engage Indigenous women in international trade opportunities. Karabena Consulting completed the 90-day long program and applied for a small grant through the Trade Routes Program for Ilan Style, our Torres Strait Islander brand focused on healthy people and the health of our planet, which strongly align to Karabena’s values.
