Our ethical practices, principles, and implementation framework

We recognise that working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities involves addressing ethical dilemmas. Ethical considerations are, therefore, at the core of our business, guiding our decision-making and the ways we engage with our clients and the broader community. Whilst KCT projects do not always require formal ethics processes (e.g. obtaining institutional Human Research Ethics Committee approvals), we have developed a strong ethical framework underpinned by a set of ethical principles that reflect our values and the ways we aspire to conduct our business.
