Karabena Consulting methodologies are evidence-based (NHMRC funded and six years worth of work through UoM), include offering second chances to people who are underemployed or unemployable, promote coaching not case management, and are consultant inclusive – for National Projects we contract Indigenous consultants who are active across all States and Territories.
