Program 1: Professional development
We offer courses that are job centred, collaborative and ongoing
Professional learning is a keystone of our work and practice. We recognise that professional development is collaborative and requires the collection, analysis and presentation of real data that returns benefits to course participants and their clients. We use active and interactive approaches to engage participants in physical, cognitive and emotional learning-based activities, simulations, roleplays, visual representations and reflective practices.
Our professional development and training services are centred on four key areas of practice: cross-cultural communication, Indigenous business development, workplace reform and community engagement. Our courses engage content experts as well as people with lived experience, build on research and evidence generative practices, and are led by trusted, skilled facilitators and trainers.
